THE FOLLOWING ARE THE SHAREHOLDERS AND EMPLOYEES OF U.S INSULATION CORPORATION:
John Toconis, president, has over 39 years experience in the insulation business and has extensive experience in the construction industry. He was a former partner in a Connecticut insulation company prior to starting this company. He has vast experience in sales, recruiting and management. He has sold over $70,000,000.00 worth of product over 37 years.
George Hanlon, shareholder, is a former co-founder of a Connecticut insulation company. He has experience in the insulation and construction business for over 43 years and is a second generation of insulation business. A real estate developer over the last ten years, George Hanlon offers the insight of extensive inside knowledge of the workings of a company that had over 240 employees.
Randall Carreira, attorney at law, has over 37 years experience in all phases of the construction business, was former general counsel of a large Connecticut insulation company, and has contract and litigation experience in the construction field.
Al Boucher, shareholder, has 34 years of experience in the insulation business. He has been in all the phases of the insulation business from installing, sales, and branch management.
Bill Hanlon, salesman, has over 44 years of experience in the insulation and construction business. He is a second generation insulation person with a vast experience in the insulation business.
Dave Castagnetti, salesman, has over 35 years in the insulation business from installing, sales, and management. He is a second generation of the insulation business.
Joe Donahue, salesman, has over 31 years in the insulation business from installing to sales during his career in this business.
Kevin Richardson, salesman, has over 22 years of construction management, OSHA compliance, and sales of insulation.
Dave McKay, salesman, has over 47 years experience in the insulation business. He started off as an installer, sales, division VP, and a district manager for a major insulation company with control of over 500 employees.
Mark Davis, salesman, has over 42 years experience in the insulation and residential construction business. He has been an installer, salesman, and a branch manager in the insulation business before he became an owner of a Connecticut insulation company. Over the last 20 years he has been a builder of homes in Connecticut.
Steve Bohanon, office manager, Foam Supervisor, and salesman has over 25 years of experience in the insulation business. He started off as an installer, salesman, manager, and regional manager of a Fortune 500 company.
Peter Johnson, foreman, has over 24 years of
experience in the insulation business. He started as an
installer and moved into the management side of scheduling,
inventory, and managing of installers.
The balance of our total experience comes from our 65 trained
installers and office administrators with over 100 years of
experience installing our products and office administration.
