Foundation Waterproofing
DELTA®-MS is made
of a special high-density polyethylene (HDPE) resin.
The membrane is remarkably impermeable to water and water vapor
and unaffected by acidic or alkaline environments. Equipped with
highly efficient additive packages, the HDPE is stabilized
against oxidation and provides outstanding compressive strength,
impact resistance, chemical and environmental stress crack
resistance (ESCR).
DELTA®-MS is the only dimpled membrane in the market that is
being manufactured in a co-extrusion process, utilizing virgin
polyethylene on the outside layers and post-industrial recycled
HDPE in the middle. Thus the product is significantly more
resilient to environmental influences like oxygen, acidic soils
or alkaline environments (concrete wall), etc. Tests performed
by independent and accredited laboratories prove the unrivaled
long-term performance.
The membrane is vacuum formed in a dimpled pattern to create an
air-gap at the foundation wall. This unique design allows any
water getting past the dimpled membrane to fall freely to the
footer drain.
DELTA®-MS is available in many sizes to cover any foundation
with a minimum of overlaps and seams.
